The Fourth All-Russia Educational Workers’ Congress took place in Moscow on November 21-26, 1922. It elected Lenin its honorary chairman and sent him a message of greetings. Lenin's reply was read at the morning sitting on November 26.
Thank you for your greetings, comrades. I wish you success in grappling with the great and responsible task before you of training the rising generation for the work of building up our new society.
Lenin
