Three Telegrams to Norway
[To Minister of Justice Trygve Lie]
In the event that the Norwegian government grants me a residence visa, I promise not to take part in the public life of the country. The Norwegian authorities can in no way be more responsible for my personal safety than they can for any other foreigner. I respectfully request speedy action.
