The margin of the typewritten copy of this telegram in the Central Party Archives of the Institute of Marxism-Leninism contains a note by Orjonikidze: âThe telegram was received by me in the summer of 1920. Orjonikidze.â What Leninâs inquiry referred to has not been established.
