In a telegram by direct line, Minin, a member of the Board of the People’s Commissariat for Internal Affairs, informed Lenin of the termination of the strike at the Tula arms factories and railway workshops. The telegram mentioned the need for timely and regular supply of food for the workers of the Tula factories through the People’s Commissariat for Food, and the speedy delivery by the People’s Commissariat for Finance of money for paying wages.
Above the text of Minin’s telegram, Lenin wrote: “For the Orgbureau of the CC”
