Regarding your military proposals about forming detachments of instructors, let the military themselves decide this, I am no judge. I only know of the special need of having our own instructors for the workers’ army in view of the complete unreliability of the officers. As regards a monetary award, I agree and will support and put through your decision.[1] It should not be made public.
