Rough Draft Proposals for Intensifying and Increasing Food Purveyance

This rough draft was made by Lenin in connection with the discussion by the Council of Defence of N. P. Bryukhanov’s report concerning the speeding up and increase of food purveyance. Lenin’s proposals were incorporated in the Council’s decision on this question (see Lenin Miscellany XVIII, pp. 246-47).
