Notes on Help to Kharkov

These notes were written at a time when the Soviets were being restored in Kharkov. The city, which had been occupied by Petlyura, was liberated by the Soviet troops on January 3, 1919.

1) Send maximum amount of money to Kharkov.

2) The SEC to send textiles, etc., there in the most urgent manner ....

3) Set up a Centre in Kharkov.
