Youth Secretary Nominations
To the IS of the ICL
Dear Comrades:
I am in complete agreement with the enclosed proposal for the first steps in the direction of a new youth international. It would be best to propose, as provisional secretaries, Theo van Driesten and Held. In the event that you are in agreement with the proposal, as I presume in advance, please set it in motion as soon as possible.
