This note to Lezhava was written on a letter dated September 15, 1920, from Y. M. Dvorkin, Deputy Extraordinary Plenipotentiary of the Far Eastern Republic, who informed Lenin of Italian and French offers to sell motor lorries and motorcars of various makes to a total value of about 105,000 dollars.
