The Propaganda Trains Department of the All-Russia CEC sent a copy of this letter of Lenin’s to the CC, RCP(b) on June 12, 1920, with a request that the latter urgently appoint its representatives, the most experienced and leading instructors, for the train “Soviet Caucasus” and the steamship Red Star.
