On his departure from here, the editor-in-chief of the former Neue Rheinische Zeitung, Herr Karl Marx, has arranged that reports for the Neue Rheinische Zeitung which still continually arrive are to be handed over to the Neue Kölnische Zeitung for its use. We wish to bring this to the notice of the correspondents and we request them, in order to save time, to send their reports direcdy to our address.
