Dear Comrades,

Iskra No. 61 carried, probably by mistake, an announcement that not only letters but also money intended for Iskra and Zarya should be sent to Axelrod’s address.

The public might interpret this as meaning that a special fund was being established to finance the publication of Iskra and Zarya, whereas actually all funds for the purpose come exclusively from the Central Party treasury administered exclusively by the CC

We ask you to correct this mistake as soon as possible.
