ENGELS TO WILHELM LIEBKNECHT

Dear Liebknecht,

Enclosed are the Eastern Post cuttings.[1]

The immediate printing of the enclosed article[2] is very necessary. The Rules[3] can wait. I shall see to it that the Egalité translates it and that it reaches every corner of Belgium, Italy and Spain in that form.
