Please prescribe for Comrade Kiselyov, Chairman of the Narrow CPC, a holiday and treatment, on doctorsâ orders, for at least 2 months.
Semashko has held a consultation (including Minor) whose opinion is extreme overwork, etc., etc.
I enclose the certificate.
He should be found a sanatorium according to doctorsâ orders: a written obligation can and should be got from Semashko.[1]

- â The question of granting leave to A. S. Kiselyov was considered by the Politbureau of the RCP(b) Central Committee on November 24, 1921. The Politbureau decided: âTo prescribe for Comrade Kiselyov a long leave in exact conformity, concerning the place and time, with Comrade Semashkoâs instructions and the opinion of the doctors he had brought togetherâ (Central Party Archives of the Institute of Marxism-Leninism of the CPSU Central Committee).
