Chubar and Rakovsky[edit source]
Today, on a report concerning the transportation of foodstuffs from the Ukraine, the CLD decided that considering that you have undertaken to load the grain for the centre with your own means, and considering that it has reached hardly a quarter of the established rate, we shall be forced to appoint our own representative to the Ukraine, unless there is a radical improvement in this matter within the next three days. The CLD requests an immediate reply to this CLD telegram.[1]
