Mikhail Alexandrovich,

Comrade Nikolayev has given me your letter and told me the essence of the thing. I made inquiries of Dzerzhinsky, and immediately sent off both the telegrams far which you asked.

I take this opportunity of expressing to yon my deep gratitude and sympathy for the great work of radio inventions which you are carrying on. The newspaper without paper and “without distances” which you are bringing into being will be a great achievement. I promise to assist you in any and every possible way in this and similar work.

With best wishes,

V. Ulyanov (Lenin)
