Comrade Adoratsky:
I am enclosing what you have requested.[1] I am writing to Kamenev.[2] I am ill and will probably be unable to see you or help with Marxâs letters. Kamenev will help you; so you will have someone to consult with. Concentrate on the letters: this is an important international undertaking. Select the most important ones. The notes should be brief, clear and precise (+ a comparison of Marxâs comments with those of such-and-such âauthoritativeâ bourgeois reactionary scientists).
Regards!
Yours,
Lenin
