Please take all resolute measures to secure the earliest purchase of coal-cutting machines abroad. To expedite procurement and to clarify all matters connected with the purchase make use of the presence in Moscow of Comrade Stomonyakov, the authorised representative of the People’s Commissariat for Foreign Trade in Germany.
Please keep me informed through Comrade Smolyaninov about all the measures you take to expedite procurement and purchase of the machinery.
