Written on L. B. Krasin’s letter setting out the measures which the Byelorussian People’s Commissariat for Foreign Trade was taking to develop trade with foreign countries.
This should be given special attention:
1) demand precise reports from the Byelorussian People’s Commissariat for Foreign Trade;
2) use their experience for the whole Central Union of Consumers’ Societies of the RSFSR;
3) take steps to reduce the shortage of goods also outside the boundaries of Byelorussia.
Consult with Kissin, take measures and let me know.
