Comrade Gorbunov:
Perhaps I should appoint a commission:
1) Pokrovsky
2) Khalatov
3) Novitsky, to report to the Narrow CPC on Monday night and the Full CPC on Tuesday?[1]
Phone them up and let me know.[2]
5/XI. Lenin
