This note was written on a letter from the Indian Communist Abani Mukherji, who sent Lenin his article on the Malabar uprising in India in 1921.

Please read this. We need to have (regardless of this particular article, which, however, appears to be good) more publications of Indian comrades in order to encourage them and to collect more information about India and her revolutionary movement.
