In connection with the CC directive for tightening up general discipline, particularly for persons on duty on Sundays and holidays,
I request you immediately to draw up and give me for signature regulations
concerning responsible persons (Glyasser, Volodicheva, Kizas and others) on duty in the Secretariat of the Council of People’s Commissars and the Council of Defence specially on Sundays and holidays (also on weekdays). Hours and so on.
