Comrade Kamenev,
The bearer is the Chairman of the Samara Gubernia Executive Committee.[1] He has very interesting diagrams and data about food.
I advise getting him to report for a large number of Moscow workers. There is plenty of grain. That’s a fact. It will do them good to hear it.
