Cannonâs Mission in Europe
Dear Comrade Cannon:
I regret that I cannot write you in English. I await with the greatest impatience your report on the important mission the IS gave you. I strongly hope that you have succeeded in settling the matter. The results would justify your trip to Europe two or three times over.
I will expect a letter from you in New York about the fusion with the AWP and other questions on the agenda.
I hope that you will take with you the manuscript of the Véritépamphlet, with which I am in full agreement. Its publication in America could be useful in my opinion.
Fraternally yours,
