On the strength of the orders issued by Dr. Levin, resident physician of the Kremlin Hospital, I instruct you:
1. To restrict your working hours to eight.
2. To get a deputy for yourself by April 1, and put him in touch with your duties, so as to leave for a long holiday on April 1.
