Do not forget:
1) to put through at the electrotechnical congress (directly or through an authoritative commission) the amendments and addenda to the âElectrification Planâ for its final approval;
2) calendar programme for working out plans (primarily the basic ones) for the current year by the State Planning Commission.
(There is a campaign against S.P.C. for its actually refusing to have any plans and for its being unable to draw them up.)
