Comrade Sklyansky,

(1) Without fail at once appoint (and carry through to the end) an investigation into who misinformed yon, minimising the disaster.[1] After all, this is treachery.

(2) All measures must be taken and special attention given to the rapid movement of the 6 regiments from the Eastern Front.

For really it is you, Comrade Sklyansky, who have proved to be responsible for the delay!![2]

Reply to me what exactly you have done on both points.
