- ↑ This refers to a letter from Stalin dated July 11, 1920, informing Lenin of the promise of the Commander-in-Chief, S. S. Kamenev, to strengthen the Crimean direction with a number of military units and formations and combat materiel.
On July 15 E. M. Sklyansky sent Lenin a memorandum on the amount of assistance to the South-Western Front.
