1.III. 08
Dear Comrade,
My friends write me from Brussels that I am expected there shortly for the session of the International Socialist Bureau.
I should be very much obliged if you could let me know whether this is so or not. Could you [tell me][1] exactly (or at any rate [approximately]), when the next session of the Bureau is to take place. I shall soon have to go for a few weeks to Italy, and therefore it is very important for me to know whether I will be needed in Brussels.
Accept, dear comrade, my fraternal greetings.
Vl. Ulyanov
