Comrade Tsyurupa,
The bearers are representatives of a Bryansk factory. Since yesterday you (or Comrade Svidersky) arrived at a good understanding with the Maltsev workers, I am sure you will do so, too, with those from Bryansk. I ask you most earnestly to receive them at once and do everything possible.
