Cologne, November 22. On November 21 the Chamber of the provincial court of justice in Cologne committed Dr. jur. Becker to the Court of Assizes. On the other hand, it decided with respect to the co-defendants Wächter, Bürgers, Engels and associates that the records should be laid aside until these gentlemen had given themselves up in custody.
Herr Bürgers followed this hint, stepped up to the bar and was acquitted.
