This is written on a report to the CPC from Y. A. Preobrazhensky, Chief of the Central Administration for Vocational Training under the People’s Commissariat for Education, who pointed out that a reduction, under the CPC commission’s decision, in the number of rations for his administration during the spring and summer months of 1921 down to 110,000, would result in a closure of classes at many educational establishments, and asked the CPC to increase the number of rations.
Enter on CPC agenda, sending a copy to Bryukhanov at once (if he has not yet got it) or giving him this copy until tonight—to obtain his opinion. We must rob the others but give these what they ask.
