The âRegulations on Subbotniksâ were drafted by A. N. Sokolov, a member of the staff of the Central Committee of the RCP(b). They were prepared, apparently, for the first anniversary of the launching of the subbotniks (anniversary date May 10, 1920).
I. Aims And Purpose Of Subbotniks[edit source]
