The “Regulations on Subbotniks” were drafted by A. N. Sokolov, a member of the staff of the Central Committee of the RCP(b). They were prepared, apparently, for the first anniversary of the launching of the subbotniks (anniversary date May 10, 1920).
I. Aims And Purpose Of Subbotniks[edit source]
|1) Subbotniks are a form of propaganda of the ideas of compulsory labour service and self-organisation of the working class.|
