These addenda were included in the text of the decision on the question of setting up a special production organ of the press adopted by the plenum of the CC, RCP(b) on December 20,1920.
1) Directives to be given to Izvestia and Pravda to become more of a production than a political organ and to teach all newspapers of the R.S.F.S,R. to do the same;
2) Bednota to be turned into a production newspaper featuring concrete material and aimed at bringing the peasants and workers, agriculture and industry, closer together.
