to charge Comrades Kamenev

Lenin’s draft was adopted by the CC of the RCP(b); it was signed also by CC members L. B. Kamenev, G. Y. Zinoviev, J. V. Stalin, Y. D. Stasova, N. N Krestinsky, M. F. Vladimirsky, N. I. Bukharin, V.
