Gubernia Committee of the RCP, Perm
Please have both articles by Myasnikov and my reply letter to him read out at a sitting of the Gubernia Committee.[1] Do the same at a sitting of the Motovilikha District Committee. Ask Myasnikov to make two copies of my reply letter, one for me and the other for the Gubernia Committee.
