Copy to the Gubernia Land Department

In the matter of presenting information concerning the requisitioning of market-garden produce you have displayed impermissible procrastination. The first telephone message was transmitted to you on May 28, the second on June 22, and it was only to a telegram of June 26 that your reply was forthcoming, signed by secretary Trilisser. A brief report must be presented by you without delay. Inform us exactly how many days of postponement are required for a more detailed report. In the event of a brief report not being presented immediately, and a more detailed one within a very short period, the persons responsible will be called to strict account.
