27.VI.
I enclose Comrade Bryukhanov’s telephone message concerning the fisheries telegrams.
I draw your attention to the particular importance of the fishing industry and the prompt dispatch of telegrams dealing with this business.[1]
I insist that you do your utmost and reach agreement with Bryukhanov.
Inform me of this.
V. Ulyanov (Lenin)
Chairman, CLD
- ↑ On July 20, 1921, the CLD passed a decision providing for measures designed to eliminate delays in the dispatch of telegrams relating to the fishing industry and the transportation of fish.
