Letter to the International Socialist Bureau, September 2, 1910
Source: Lenin Collected Works, Progress Publishers, 1974, Moscow, Volume 16, page 267.
September 2, 1910, Copenhagen
At a plenary session in January 1910, the Central Committee of the Russian Social-Democratic Labour Party, in order to emphasise its earnest desire for unity, adopted a decision to request the International Socialist Bureau to accept as representatives of the Party on the Bureau two comrades: G. Plekhanov and N. Lenin. It goes without saying that the Russian Social-Democratic Labour Party lays claim to only one vote hi the Bureau but it would like to have fuller representation, as in the case of France.
This decisionâto add Comrade G. Plekhanov to the present representative, N. Leninâwas unanimously supported by the Social-Democratic delegation at the Congress.
Representative of the RSDLP on the International Socialist Bureau.
