With my help you have now obtained what you need for your works.[1] For all our poverty and wretchedness, you have been allocated large amounts over and above those issued earlier.

You must make quite sure:

1. that nothing is done to no purpose,

2. that you do not bite off more than the allocated resources allow,

3. that the experiments you stage should be backed up with all possible proof and should produce final answers on the practical and economic fitness of the new method of extracting peat,

4. to devote special attention to accounting for the expenditure of the amounts allocated to you.

The accounting should be arranged in such a way as to make it possible to judge about the cost of the peat extracted.
