Comrade Chairman, Narrow CPC
3.XI.1921
Comrade Litvinov has very earnestly requested me to ask you to examine today
the agreement with the Mongolian Government.[1] Drop me a line, please, to say whether or not you can.
With communist greetings,
Lenin
