I have received Yakovlev’s memorandum.[1] I approve the plans of preparation and mobilisation. If they advance, offer resistance. I have passed it on to the Commissariat for Military Affairs. We shall try to help by sending money although our difficulties are extremely great.
Please send information more frequently.
